Job Interview
If your application finds our interest, we will invite you to a job interview. The interview can either take place via phone or face-to-face in our office in Unterföhring. Usually, the interview happens one to two weeks after our first feedback. Some information regarding the interview:

| Abilities | Try to give a complete overview of your abilities. Please mention also exotic ("spinlocks in the Linux kernel") or seemingly outdated technologies (e.g. Pascal) with which you are adept. Information on soft- and management skills is also much appreciated. |

Please try to rate your abilities in your fields of knowlege (e.g. "C++: 2,
Java: 3, project management for team sizes up to 4: 1-2").
It is sufficient for you to distinguish between three levels (intermediate stages are possible):

Job Interview
If your application finds our interest, we will invite you to a job interview. The interview can either take place via phone or face-to-face in our office in Unterföhring. Usually, the interview happens one to two weeks after our first feedback. Some information regarding the interview:
| Time Frame | When applying for a permanent position, the job interview lasts approximately three hours, sometimes a bit longer. Therefore, please reserve enough time. After the interview you will instantly receive feedback from us. A phone interview lasts for about an hour. After a successful phone interview we will move on with the invitation to an interview in our office. When applying for an internship position, the interview usually lasts between 1 and 1.5 hours. |
| Topics | Besides your resume and past IT experience and projects, we will also talk a lot about technical topics. IT questions, brain teasers and programming tasks will be presented, among others. These will always refer to the relevant aspects from your skill profile. Of course, you will also be able to ask all your questions regarding TNG. |
| Participants | From our side, usually two to five employees will take part in a job interview, and one to two employees in a telephone interview. |
Starting at TNG
Having mastered our application process successfully and after dealing with the contractual aspects, we are happy to welcome you on board of TNG!
| The First Days | On your first day with us you will receive your working equipment (laptop and mobile phone as you wish, see also Our Offer), that you can configure according to your personal needs. After a collective lunch, we will go through our introductory guide for project work and all processes at TNG. Of course, we will also answer all of your questions. The days thereafter will consist of a technical job training, based on your individual knowledge. Usually, new employees will be allocated to a project at one of our customers after the first or second week. You will then work directly on-site at the customer, but will be further supported by one of our experienced consultants. |
