Software architects & developers	expertise in C/C++/C#, Java or advanced script languages experience with the complete software life-cycle real-world project experience with enterprise technologies and serverside programming
Management consultants focused on IT	in depth general IT knowledge, experience in strategy consulting technical/scientific orientation with a special emphasis on objectivity excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
Unix/Windows specialists	expertise in at least one of the main Unix or Linux distributions or Windows experience with complex administrative tasks such as clusters, servers, large networks and critical applications experience in package building, remote configuration and computer security, for windows expert knowledge far beyond MCP and MCSE
Interns	motivated students of computer science, mathematics, physics or related subjects high affinity for information technology
