TNG works steadily to give the right answers to all the important questions that arise in the world of consulting.

Corporate Culture	Our corporate culture is based on teamwork, open communication and cooperativeness. Every employee working on client projects is supported by the know-how of the whole TNG network.
Equipment	We provide our employees with the best possible technical equipment. Expect a well-equipped notebook, a mobile phone, permanent internet access via LAN/WLAN or UMTS as well as an extensive technical library.
Tasks	You will find interesting, challenging tasks in IT-projects for corporate clients in different industries, e.g., automotive, finance, logistics and telecommunication. Our employees usually work with our clients on-site, although some projects are done in our office.
Job Training	Training for new colleagues is individualised, based on their knowledge and experience. Normally it's done directly "on the job". At our clients we strive to work in teams, in which we integrate new colleagues that receive support from the more experienced colleagues.
Further Education	For the ongoing further education we organise "TechDays" once or twice a month, where TNG-colleagues as well as external speakers give talks or conduct workshops on technical and other subjects. Furthermore we encourage our employees to attend relevant training and certifications.
Career	According to the skills and at the request of an employee, there is the opportunity to gradually take on increasing responsibilities in different areas within TNG. Several career levels define the expectations for the employee and his powers and duties within the company.
