According to the different services we offer, our employees typically focus on one of the following areas, depending on their interests and skills. When applying, you do not need to decide on one of the areas, but in case you do, you should ideally have the mentioned knowledge and qualification:
Interns
We offer internships to motivated students in computer science, mathematics, physics, or related subjects. Candidates are characterized by a high affinity with information technology. Start and duration of internships is flexible and will be adjusted per candidate. Payment is competitive.

| Software Architects & Engineers |
Possible assignments in this area include the whole software development cycle:
from the first concept and a business analysis to architecture, implementation, testing and
integration, up to the rollout and maintenance. Moreover, we consult the client during the implementation of a new
software development process, communicate best practices and conduct instruction courses for our customers.
Typically, our employees work as part of a cross-functional team. Only in rare cases do they fill a single role.

| Specialists for Operations & Data Centres |
We support our customers in the whole field of operations and data centres:
Setup of clusters, of an application server infrastructure or of a comprehensive monitoring system, of high-end networking with
participation in the worldwide internet routing, or the steering of external providers. Possible
assignments in this wide area include: from strategies over precise concepts and planning up to the actual roll-out and
implementation. Matching Qualifications:

| IT Project Managers & IT Management Consultants |
In this area, our employees lead an IT project at one of our customers or
are assigned to a project office. We conduct business intelligence projects (with either content, functional or technical focus)
and offer coaching, e.g. for software engineering methods like scrum or kanban. Matching Qualifications:
