OOP Conference 2027

From February 2nd to 5th, 2027, the OOP Conference, one of the best-known and largest software conferences in the DACH region, will take place in Munich. TNG will be represented there with talks on robotics and data protection:

First, our colleagues Thomas Endres and Jonas Mayer will give a talk titled "Skill Issue: Teaching Robots to Play Counter-Strike." Using Counter-Strike as an example, the speakers will explain how game engines can be used to train robot foundation models, such as NVIDIA’s GR00T, for new tasks.

In addition, our colleagues Dennis Schulz and Gregor Ziegltrum will discuss the data they have left behind on the internet over the course of their lives. In the talk "We’ve Downloaded Our Lives: What Companies Really Know About Us", the speakers will share their experiences of exercising their European right to access their own digital history.
