OWASP Global AppSec EU 2026

OWASP Global AppSec EU 2026 will take place at the Austria Center in Vienna from June 22nd to 26th. This international conference brings together application security experts, developers, and security professionals from across Europe and offers presentations, training sessions, and hands-on workshops focused on modern software and application security.

On June 26th, our colleague Christoph Niehoff will lead a session at the event with his workshop “Let’s Play: OWASP Cumulus.”

The interactive workshop provides a hands-on introduction to OWASP Cumulus, the open-source project for analyzing and securing cloud environments. Participants will get to know the tool through practical exercises, explore typical cloud security risks, and learn how to efficiently perform security analyses in cloud infrastructures. The focus is on a hands-on approach: instead of dry theory, the emphasis is on trying things out, understanding them, and applying them directly.
