"Tagung Datenschutz" in Vienna

On May 28th and 29th, the Data Protection Conference will take place in Vienna, focusing on the dynamic developments in employee data protection. The event, organized by the ARS Academy, will center on AI tools in HR, new ECJ rulings, and practical solutions - such as integrating data protection and employee participation.

Our colleague Valentin Zieglmeier will present the talk “Inverse Transparenz - Technische Unterstützung der Datensouveränität von Beschäftigten”. His presentation will demonstrate how technical approaches can strengthen data sovereignty by making usage patterns in people analytics visible and expanding “privacy by design” to include an active control component.
