Big Techday 26: It's a wrap

On Friday, we welcomed roughly 2,000 guests to our Big Techday 26 at Motorworld Munich, with many more following our 19th science and technology conference via livestreams.

The 49 talks by 80 speakers ranged from fundamental questions in cognitive science, training Mixture-of-Experts models, and dancing humanoid robots to ESA’s gravitational wave measurements and first-hand reports from extreme sports. Our strong focus on AI and Robotics could also be seen in our interactive showcases and live demonstrations. Another highlight in the evening was the simultaneous chess exhibition with grandmaster Matthias Blübaum who faced 20 opponents in a battle that lasted almost 4 hours.

Many thanks to our speakers for their contributions, to our guests on site and in the livestreams, and to everyone involved in making this event happen. We will soon make the recordings of most talks available on our website.
