Event announcement: BASED Meetup

On July 23rd, we will host the "Bavaria, Advancements in SEarch Development" (BASED) Meetup at our TNG office in Munich. Instead of featuring traditional talks, this sixth edition will follow an open space format inspired by BarCamps. The focus is on technical discussions and knowledge exchange around current topics in search technology, including Agentic Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), innovative retrieval approaches, metrics for search quality, and optimizations for production systems. Developers and experts are invited to bring their questions, practical experiences, or technical challenges to the discussions.
