TAIA - our TNG AI Assistant

In our daily work, we extensively use our secure and sovereign TNG AI Assistant. TAIA enables our teams to work with a variety of Large Language Models every day. Alongside our Chimera models, TAIA provides access to a range of self-hosted open-weight and best-in-class commercial models.

Capabilities & use cases

Combined with a multitude of tools that enrich conversation context with additional information, TAIA accomplishes tasks far beyond pure text generation, including image generation, Confluence search, text extraction from PDFs and images and more.  

One illustrative example: document analysis. TAIA reads and analyses PDFs, extracts specific information required for a given task, and structures the data in a consistent format. Missing information is autonomously researched, gaps are filled, and the results are provided in a structured, actionable format. What once required manual review and cross-referencing is fully automated. This transforms routine document work from time-consuming extraction to strategic analysis, with the necessary information directly available.

Data privacy

Importantly, TAIA is a web app storing user-provided input only locally in the browser. In particular, queries and documents as well as the generated answers are never stored remotely. The user retains full control over their data.
