Within the context of the Talent Pool News registration, Sendinblue GmbH  is the company responsible for data processing according to §28 DSGVO.

International Transmission of Personal Data

As things stand at present, your personal data will only be processed within the European Union (EU) and Switzerland.

We have implemented appropriate and adequate organizational, physical, and technical security measures for your personal data. For example, your personal data is stored in electronic form on a secure server. Access to your personal data is limited by means of technical and physical controls to those employees for whom knowledge is necessary. We keep your personal data for as long as you do not revoke it.

Your Rights Regarding your Personal Data

You have the right to access your personal data and to request us to update, correct or delete your personal data (the "right to be forgotten") in accordance with applicable legislation. Furthermore, in accordance with applicable law, you may restrict and object to the processing of your personal data by TNG and have the right to data transferability. Your right to access your personal data includes the right to obtain a copy of all or certain parts of your personal data held by us, as long as the provision of such data by TNG does not adversely affect the rights and freedom of others.

Right of objection: You have the right to object to any processing of your personal data which is based solely on TNG's legitimate interest. If you make use of your right of objection the processing of your personal data will be stopped immediately. Excluded from this are cases in which there are compelling reasons for further processing or the data is necessary for assertion of, prosecution of or defense from legal claims.
