We use your personal data exclusively for organisational matters and sending of our Talent Pool News. The use of your data is based on your explicit consent through signing up for the newsletter.

Within the context of the Talent Pool News registration, Sendinblue GmbH  is the company responsible for data processing according to §28 DSGVO.

As things stand at present, your personal data will only be processed within the European Union (EU) and Switzerland.

For example, your personal data is stored in electronic form on a secure server. Right of objection: You have the right to object to any processing of your personal data which is based solely on TNG's legitimate interest. If you make use of your right of objection the processing of your personal data will be stopped immediately. Excluded from this are cases in which there are compelling reasons for further processing or the data is necessary for assertion of, prosecution of or defense from legal claims.
