Partner Universities

We closely collaborate with different universities in Germany and Europe, in order to intensify the exchange between us as a company and the universities and their students.

University of Oxford

Furthermore, we are in close contact with the University of Oxford. We are sponsor of the Oxford Hungarian Society and a member of the Recruiters' Group. Part of this membership is the annual representation of TNG at the Careers in Computing Fair. In addition to that, we participate in the Summer Internship Programme. Due to many years of participation in the programme and the very good reviews by former interns, we were named Gold Standard Internship Host in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Beyond this programme, we enable students to gain initial insights into the economy by offering year-round internships. As part of our various collaborations, we welcome several German- and English-speaking interns every year, especially during the summer months, for a stay of two to several months.

Career Networks

We have established a very successful close partnership with the career-network This network offers students online scholarships and various opportunities to exchange and build a network among themselves and with partner companies.

We invite scholarship holders on a regular basis to get to know our company better. In workshops for scholarship holders and members of and during our Open Techdays, we offer insights in our projects and the company and teach technical knowledge as well as different modes of operation and forms of organization, especially those that used in the field of agile software development.

In addition, we give users preferential access to the Big Techday, our one-day conference on science and technology that has been held yearly since 2007.

TNG's colleagues are approachable throughout various events. For example, we are represented at the IT Days and are looking for a direct exchange with the students.

candidate select GmbH (CASE)

In 2023 TNG became a premium partner of candidate select GmbH (CASE).

CASE emerged from a research project at the University of Bonn. The company analyses university degrees worldwide and uses big amounts of data to offer employers and students the possibility for international comparisons of academic qualifications. In addition, the CASE Talent Pool provides a platform for exchange between companies and talents.

TNG uses CASE not only to make university degrees comparable. We also inform users in mailings about news and events at TNG and point out interesting job offers.

Candidate select GmbH regularly hosts career events with presentations about TNG as a company, entry and development opportunities, as well as projects. We also offer our own workshops on various technical and professional topics and invite candidates to our Open Techdays.

In 2022 CASE ranked TNG number 1 in the consulting company category in its independent employer ranking. Click here for the complete ranking.
