On July 1st, the next community meetup will take place at Heide Park Soltau. Our colleague Thomas Endres will present his talk on generative AI there. He will briefly and clearly demonstrate how neural networks with diffusion models and transformer architectures can generate images or short videos from text inputs—using tools like Sora, Midjourney, and Runway, among others. A key focus is on latent diffusion, a method that reconstructs images and videos through a denoising process. Practical examples and live demos will round off the presentation.
