Corporate Culture

Our corporate culture is based on teamwork, open communication, a flat hierarchy and cooperativeness. Each employee working on a client project can access the complete know-how of the TNG network in case of questions or problems.

Job Training

Training for new colleagues is individualised, based on their knowledge and experience. Normally it's done directly "on the job". At our clients we strive to work in teams, in which we integrate new colleagues that receive support from the more experienced colleagues.

Further Education

For our continuous education every colleague participates in a "Techday" twice a month. This is a training day where TNG-colleagues as well as external speakers give talks or conduct workshops on technical and other subjects. For topics that are relevant to the everyday consulting work, we offer a structured further education programme entitled "Mastering Software Development" with over 100 trainings per year. In addition, we encourage participation in external trainings and certifications and support colleagues who want to learn German by offering language courses.


We provide our employees with the best possible technical equipment. Expect a well-equipped notebook, a mobile phone, permanent internet access via LAN/WiFi or 4G/5G, technical books and a very extensive online learning platform.


According to the skills and at the requests of an employee, there is the opportunity to gradually take on increasing responsibilities in different areas within TNG. Several career levels (Software Consultant, Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant) define the expectations towards the employee and his powers and duties within the company. Each employee is supported in his career. TNG has no up-or-out philosophy.


We do not only value excellent work, but also place high importance on work-life balance. Besides annual events like Christmas parties, visits of the Oktoberfest and our summer festival, we arrange team events and barbecues on our roof terrace. Two to three times a year we hold a retreat, one where improvements and new strategies for the whole company are developed collectively and the other where technical topics are in the focus. Additionally, we host the Big Techday, a one-day conference on science and technology, particularly IT.


30 days vacation and 3 additional half days off are our standard. In case of overtime due to project-specific claims, additional hours will be disbursed or compensated through time off.
