TNG summer retreat 2025

How can we best leverage AI coding tools to boost productivity? What impact do Large Language Models have on personal development? And how do we prevent social engineering? These were just a few of the questions we explored at our recent TNG summer retreat.

This year, over 80 sessions and workshops brought us together at seven TNG offices across Europe to reflect on the first half of the year and to discuss and tackle important strategic topics and their implications for our daily work.

With this yearly retreat, we want to improve our internal dynamics and benefit both our clients and colleagues.
