TNG winter retreat 2026: focus on agentic coding
March 16th, 2026For our annual winter retreat, we gathered at our various office locations and spent the day jointly working on technical problems in a total of 107 workshops.
This year’s focus was once again on current AI topics with a special emphasis on agentic coding. Workshops included:
exploring agentic coding in general
learning about methods to evaluate AI agents
integrating agents into various client or internal projects
The retreat reinforced how AI-driven tooling can increase developer efficiency and deliver concrete impact for our clients. Our tech retreat is a valuable opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and deepen skills to stay ahead regarding the newest technological developments.
